Earl M. Herring was born and raised in Helotes, Texas and grew up in and around the surrounding South Texas area, spending much of his childhood and teenage summers on the Mexican Border.
He graduated from John Marshall High School in what is now known as Leon Valley. After graduating from high school, Mr. Herring attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Immediately thereafter, Mr. Herring was accepted to St. Mary's Law School where he graduated with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1987.
Thereafter passing the State Bar examination in Texas, Mr. Herring was recruited by the infamous Knickerbocker Law Firm in Eagle Pass, Texas where he began his trial practice in 1987.
In 1993, Mr. Herring struck out on his own and started The Herring Law Firm PC continuing to represent migrant workers, injured individuals and wronged consumers against employers, retail stores, trucking companies, construction companies and reckless drivers.
The Herring Law Firm PC continues to represent individuals who have suffered the loss of loved ones in trucking accidents, dangerous construction sites and zones, falls and serious car crashes. Mr. Herring, the attorneys and his staff have over 53 years of representing injured persons caused by wrongdoers in car wrecks, 18-wheeler collisions, oil field accidents, falls, third-party work injuries and injuries caused by fire. In addition to representing injured persons, the Firm also represents clients in family law matters, divorces, contract disputes, criminal defense and also provides professional consulting services to small family owned businesses.
